We’re Hiring: Activity Manager (Cruise Ship)
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for entertainment and guest experience? Join Celebrity Cruises as an Activity Manager and lead unforgettable onboard experiences.
Your Role
As Activity Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the onboard Activity Host team
- Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging daytime and evening entertainment
- Act as Master of Ceremonies for events and activities
- Ensure all programs meet brand standards and guest expectations
- Drive guest satisfaction and support revenue-generating activities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or the cruise industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Confidence in public speaking and hosting large groups
- Energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Theatre, Communications, Recreation, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years managerial experience
- 3+ years experience as an MC or entertainment professional
