JOB SUMMARY:

Viking Cruises is seeking a Financial Data Analytics (FDA) Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the Corporate Accounting team in a fast-paced environment focused on collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement. In this role you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely operational data and reporting by leveraging tools such as OneStream, Excel, Power Query, and Alteryx to support the accounting teams in daily operations and month end close processes. The role will also partner with various teams including Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Accounting on process improvement initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

- Generate, analyze, and distribute operational and financial reports using OneStream, Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, and emerging AI-based tools to support daily activities and month-end close. \n
- Support change management processes by documenting and tracking change requests in Jira, ensuring alignment with approval protocols. \n
- \n
- Execute system configurations within OneStream, D365, and Alteryx to support business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity. \n
- \n
- Perform user onboarding and access provisioning in accordance with company policies, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls. \n
- \n
- Support quarterly and annual audits by preparing audit deliverables, including Information Provided by Entity (IPE). \n

- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations within OneStream and D365, validating functionality and ensuring alignment with accounting requirements. \n

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting/computer science experience \n
- \n
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles \n
- \n
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Onestream a plus \n
- \n
- Alteryx Designer/Server experience \n
- \n
- Aptitude for detailed numerical analysis of data, and formulating follow-up questions \n
- \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment \n
- \n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team\u2011oriented setting \n

- Salary range $105,000 - $120,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
