Engineering Officer
Support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of propulsion, power generation, and auxiliary systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

Progression

Third Engineer
Support engine room operations and maintenance activities.

Second Engineer
Oversee technical operations and engine room performance.

First Engineer
Support the management of daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.

Chief Engineer
Lead the Engineering department and oversee the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems onboard.

Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, automation, communication, and network systems onboard.

Progression

Third Electro-Technical Officer
Support the maintenance and operation of onboard electrical and automation systems.

Second Electro-Technical Officer
Assist in ensuring the reliability and performance of electrical equipment and systems.

First Electro-Technical Officer
Provide operational support and leadership within the Electro-Technical team.

Chief Electrical Engineer
Lead the vessel's electrical department and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical and automation systems.
