- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship. (Shipboard experience preferred).
- Cleans and prepares guest suites, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest housekeeping standards, including restocking amenities and providing turndown service.
-Delivers exceptional guest service by attending to special requests, preferences, luggage handling, and general guest needs in a professional and timely manner.
-Assists butlers with packing/unpacking, shoe polishing, valet services, and other suite-related duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
-Maintains cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of housekeeping areas, equipment, and lockers in compliance with Public Health standards and outbreak response protocols.
-Performs embarkation, disembarkation, room service, inventory, and preventive maintenance duties while ensuring proper use and reporting of equipment.
-Follows company policies, service standards, grooming requirements, and standard operating procedures at all times.
-Works closely with supervisors and team members, communicates issues promptly, supports training of new staff, and contributes to efficient shipboard operations.
-Demonstrates cost awareness, minimizes waste, upholds quality standards, and consistently delivers personalized hospitality and guest satisfaction.
-Good knowledge of the English language is required. Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, preferred.
