Housekeeping Utility
-Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
-Maintains cleanliness of public areas, crew areas, officer cabins, and restrooms (vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, floor care, and waste removal).
-Provides cabin services including turn-down service, laundry/valet support, and luggage handling.
-Handles cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper use, storage, and inventory control.
-Supports ship operations through embarkation/disembarkation duties, towel and umbrella distribution, wheelchair assistance, and requisition management.
-Ensures compliance with sanitation, public health, outbreak response, and company policies and procedures.
-Delivers excellent guest service, addresses concerns professionally, and maintains effective communication with guests and crew.
-Participates in training, teamwork, and onboarding of new staff while maintaining high performance standards.
-Assists with maintenance, reports equipment issues, minimizes waste, and promotes cost awareness.
-Upholds professionalism, confidentiality, grooming standards, and company code of conduct at all times.
-Performs additional duties as assigned by management
-Good English communication skills required.
-Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are preferred.
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
