The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics leads analytics and measurement initiatives across Digital, Customer Experience, and Database Marketing. This role translates complex customer and marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to independently lead analytics from business question through analysis, recommendation, and executive communication. 

\n

This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, Los Angeles office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications:

  8+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.

  Demonstrated experience leading complex analytics initiatives across technical and business teams.

\n

\n\n\n

\n
• \n

  Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Databricks, Power BI, or comparable modern analytics platforms.

\n\n\n

\n
• \n

  Experience developing dashboards, reporting, analytical frameworks, and executive-level insights. 

  \n
\n

\n\n\n

\n
• \n

  Experience with customer, marketing, digital, or journey analytics.

\n

  Experience designing or evaluating experiments, including test/control strategies, holdouts, or incrementality measurement.
