• Where: On-board a 6* Mega Yacht
• Start date: Feb / March 2014
• Salary: Circa $45,000US annual basic salary TAX FREE

• Working: On-board a 6* Mega Yacht selling and closing deals on gorgeous apartments
• Rotation: 12 weeks on and 12 weeks off
• Reporting to: Senior VP of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the General Manager

The INCREDIBLE Role

This is the largest privately owned yacht on the planet. On-board this amazing vessel are a number of gorgeous apartments where successful professionals live and sail around the globe. These people have already had their own boats in the past and have decided to join a community of other talented entrepreneurs to enjoy exceptional experiences together. Living with up to 250 at sea, their luxury properties are ranging in size and really are likened to apartments in a glorious exclusive complex. Your role is to support the sales of these properties when the on-board Residents decide to 'sell' their suite. When a prospective 'buyer' comes on-board to view, review and investigate the opportunity to purchase an apartment, your role will be to guide them, excite them and support their purchasing decision.

You The BRILLIANT Candidate

You will be exceptionally well-presented. You will have experience of 'sales' in a LUXURY arena. You could have already worked for a high-quality estate agents, like Candy & Candy, Knight Frank, Harrods Estates, Strutt and Parker or similar. Maybe you have learned your trade in selling exceptional merchandise or high value products where you are able to evidence experience of working with millionaires previously and on a daily basis. This role is not the same as a hotel sales manager position.

You will be able to work 7 days a week whilst on-board and help out in other parts of the hotel operation as and when required. Your manners will be exemplary and you will probably have travelled yourself internationally. You will be an incredible networker and be able to help positively enhance the sales experience of the potential purchaser. Your smile will be exciting and your personality nothing short of SPARKLING. 'Finesse' is your middle name and your presentation 'elegant'. You will have presence when you walk into a room... not a hair out of place. You will be engaging and charming. You will be able to create relationships with all and anybody and be exceptionally debonair.
