Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic Itinerary Planning Analyst to join the Itinerary Planning team. Costa's Itinerary Planning department Mission is to be one of the key element of our success, finding the best allocation of our ships both in term of space and time. We are responsible for recommending the optimal fleet deployment and to design the detailed plan, coordinating all relevant stakeholders in their participation to the process, managing itinerary changes and supervising their implementation in all Company systems. Reporting to the Head of IItinerary Planning, the position will in charge of: - Analysis and maintenance of KPIs, tools and dashboards for the evaluation of itineraries and  P&L assessment - Competition monitoring of fleet capacity and deployment, quarterly delivery of the related reports; - Contribute to cross-functional team coordination to develop new itineraries and optimize current cruises - Contribute to project management of new itineraries and ships deployment for 5-years plan and new fiscal year - Charter requests evaluation and negotiation process - New itinerary proposals Requirements

  • quantitative degree (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc)
  • data driven approach to problem solving
  • demonstrated ability to analyse with large amounts of data and to draw from them robust business recommendations
  • proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)

self-starter with an enterpreneurial spirit
