• Role: HR Manager (incorporating the Crew Office Manager Role too)
• Company: A fabulous 4* Cruise Line Company
• Website: On application
• Contract length: Circa 4-5 months working shipboard 'on' and 2 months 'off' for vacation... not paid in vacation
• Ship: Any one determined by business operations
• Start date: Soon!
• Officer Stripes: 2 stripes
• Reports to: The Hotel Manager
• Salary: Circa $5000 USD per month worked while onboard
• Bonus: Sorry there is no bonus
• Berthing: Single cabin
• Flights: To and from are paid for
• Expenses: You are required to pay for a C1/D visa ($110US) plus a medical circa £90UK

YOU the BRILLIANT HR Professional

• You will be currently working as an Assistant HRM or HRM for a hospitality function which is based in Europe
• You will be working in an HR function accountable for 300+ in the operation.
• You will be experienced in running T&D sessions
• You will have been exposed to managing and running investigations for many ER challenges and events
