All’interno dell’area Shore Excursions Operations Costa Crociere Spa è alla ricerca di un/una giovane laureando/a o neolaureato/a in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, per un’opportunità di stage di sei mesi.
La risorsa, in affiancamento al suo tutor, avrà l’opportunità di essere coinvolto nei processi di gestione delle Shore Excurions, nelle attività di analisi dei daily report, review dei report di fine crocieraend, analisi e follow up con le navi sulla performance dei gruppi, supporto alle attività di monitoraggio e riconciliazione costi e di partecipare all’implementazioni di progetti di business development.
Il candidato ideale, oltre a nutrire una forte passione per le tematiche di Project Management, Business Analysis, è fluente nell’utilizzo della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato) e possiede ottime capacità di comunicazione e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
