Internship at Travel Services Department Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its Travel Services department.
This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.
The intern will play a supporting role in defining Costa's Ground Services Handling strategy by contributing to the following activities:
- defining optimal pricing positioning for Costa’s transfers across world wide markets and available sales channels;
- setting transfers inventories/pick up points & prices
- identifying any system constrain and/or potential operational issue and propose advanced solutions to make processes as much smooth and efficient as possible
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management; Statistics or similar
- Good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with Commercial Acumen
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
