Sales Training Specialist Based In Hamburg German Speaking

For our new Germany Sales & Marketing organization, we are looking for a Sales Training Specialist who will have the challenging tasks of developing and executing local training activities for travel agencies and Costa Sales employees to enhance skills and support sales strategies.

Her/his main responsibilities will be:

• support the designing of quality sales training programs within budget limitations, schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis, while evaluating strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs;
• development of training material and its content (PowerPoint, e-learning courses, other training materials);
• support of Sales Managers with agency trainings;
• understand Company objectives, suggest ideas to achieve them through sales training and ability to ensure our sales team is fully educated, to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction;
• deliver the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations), evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques and generates reports on training program effectiveness.

Ideal for people who have:

• BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
• Excellent German and fluent English
• Proven work experience as a Sales training specialist or as HR Training/Development Specialist
• Additional certification in training is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles, modern training techniques and ability to manage the full training cycle
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• trained in work with MS Office (PowerPoint- Excel)
