The role details are as follows:

• Role: F&B Director
• Company: A fabulous 5* cruise liner with many great ships in her fleet
• Website: On application!
• Start date: TBC
• Salary: Starting at $7500US TAX FREE per month worked on-board – paid only onboard, no vacation pay (UK£ sterling equivalent if a UK national)
• Berthing: Single Officer’s cabin
• Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off rotation
• Rank: 3 Stripe Officer
• Reports: Beverage Manager / Assistant F&B Manager and the whole team of circa 250+
• JD: On application
• Required: You to fund a US C1D visa at $160US and also a medical and Seaman’s book.

You the SUPER F&B Director

• Graduate of a recognized hotel/catering/culinary school
• 10 years of experience in Hospitality Senior Management position
• Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise ship food and beverage operations
• Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in pursuit of company goals
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues from crew and management
