In this fantastic role at P&O Cruises you will have the opportunity to oversee and review the effective planning of the extensive entertainment programmes on board for past and future cruises. Not only that, you will develop and lead a group of up to 100 people, incorporating the Production, Youth teams, the Performers and Musical cast. You will also support the Youth Manager to develop the family entertainment programme and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.

If you answered yes… then this is the job you have been looking for! You will need to have experience of:

• Leading an Entertainment team on board another cruise ship and /or leading entertainment programmes in a large UK holiday setting or overseas resort
• Working within a live theatre environment, on a variety of shows​​​​​​​
• Working collaboratively to achieve demanding revenue targets
