Our amazing entertainment shows onboard P&O Cruises don’t just happen, we have an incredible team of individuals working hard behind the scenes. We are looking to attract the very best Production Managers to lead these teams to deliver the best entertainment to our guests day in, day out!
In this fantastic role you will have the opportunity to manage all technical aspects of sound, lighting and stage automation to support our full entertainment programme; attending daily rehearsals and overseeing up to three big theatre shows per night. We are looking for a leader that can develop and lead a group of up to 30 people working across all of the production areas.
Are you someone who can adapt to situations during live productions? Do you keep your composure under pressure? Do you work well as part of a team to provide the smoothest and best productions?
If you answered yes… then this is the job you have been looking for! You will need to have experience of:
- Management within a large entertainment venue
- Varied experiences working in live concerts and theatres
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety in Production and experience of working with Risk Assessments
- Managing departmental budgets
