P&O Cruises - Glass House Host

At P&O Cruises, we are always looking for new ways to enhance our Guests dining experience. We are looking for Glass House Hosts to join our Food & Beverage department on board to provide our guests with courteous, professional and excellent wine, beverage and food service.

As the Glass House Host, you will be responsible for supervising an allocated bar and restaurant team within the Glass House ensuring a cost effective and smooth operation is maintained.

Are you passionate about dining experience? Do you model high service standards? Are you confident working under pressure in a challenging environment?

P&O Cruises require the following:

• Experience of working within a high volume hotel premium bar or restaurant establishment
• Detailed knowledge of fine wines and premium beverages essential
• Recognised qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred or relevant industry experience
• Excellent demonstrable Customer Service skills and administration skills including the use of MS Office software
• High levels of attention to detail and professionalism with the ability to communicate upwards
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent
