Carnival UK is hosting an open recruitment day on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th July from 9 am to 6 pm in Lisbon, Portugal to meet and interview potential Waiter/ess candidates. They are currently hiring for two of their industry leading cruise line brands, Cunard and P&O.

As core members of the Guest Experience team, our Waiters are responsible for providing a first class service to our guests throughout our exclusive restaurants  onboard.

As a Waiter for Carnival UK, you will be expected to:

- Warmly greet the guests at the door
- Take food orders.
- Explain the menu and make recommendations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness & readiness in your station/area.
- Provide personalized yet efficient service.
- Be a strong and supportive team member.
- Be confident with POS systems.
- Maintain an impeccable appearance.
- Follow all safety and company regulations.

Requirements:

Previous professional experience, preferably in a 4/5 star establishment.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent is desirable.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Competent in the use of most MS Office software products.
Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
