Commis Cooks help prepare food ingredients to deliver quality cuisine and create a superb dining experience for our guests. You will be assigned to various galley stations and assist the station heads. You are expected to execute various knife slices and cooking methods; measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes; ensure proper portions on all plates; and perform various food preparation tasks. Candidates must have experience in an upscale hotel, restaurant, or similar facilities, as well as proof of a cook apprenticeship certificate or its equivalent. Preferred candidates must have extensive knowledge of food handling; and a passion for the culinary arts.
