Charm our guests into booking their next cruise! As a Cruise Sales Associate, you'll work on increasing our repeat cruisers and promoting our brand’s loyalty program. You'll be expected to mingle with our guests to find out their preferences for future cruises. You'll also recommend voyages based on our brands, vessels, itineraries, stateroom categories, special events, and other considerations. Other responsibilities include planning the placement and distribution of materials advertising upcoming cruises around the ship, and assisting in events and services related to our loyalty program. We’d like to have you sail with us if you have previous sales experience and are knowledgeable of customer service techniques and reservations systems.
