About the role

We are recruiting experienced Stage Technicians to join our technical teams at sea!

Led by and reporting to the Stage Manager, the Stage Technician will support the entertainment department in setting up, building & striking of show scenery on a daily basis and supporting the Stage Manager backstage during performances.

You will work with the latest technology & equipment to support the delivery of the programme. Stage Technicians will also be responsible, together with the rest of the technical team, in operating and maintaining all audio, lighting and video equipment when required on board the ship to the highest standards.

Skills and experience
For this role, you should have proven experience of working in a stage environment including the building & striking of show scenery. Also operation and maintenance of audio visual equipment is highly desirable.

Previous sea-going experience is desirable.

Contract information
The contract period for this role is up to 9 months with competitive pay, all meals and comes with a shared cabin arrangement.

All applicants must be fully vaccinated, hold valid STCW certification (or be willing to obtain these) as well as an PEME seafarer medical certificate (or be willing to obtain this).
