Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensure quality and presentation of bread assortments, assist in forecasting production needs, manage inventory to minimize wastage, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to USPH regulations. This individual should possess a thorough understanding of bakery operations, including recipe adherence, equipment maintenance, and display setup. They should also be proactive in preparing for inspections and be willing to attend meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities as required.
