Lead on operational deviations, such as itinerary changes and impact of technical issues, coordinating ship and shore side operational teams to develop balanced solutions to complex problems.
Close liaison with the on-call crisis teams, in particular the Incident Commander to ensure all incidents are escalated to L3/4 with a clear brief to the Incident Commander.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time 12 months Fixed-term contract basis, with hybrid working of at least 3 days in our Southampton office. The team also works a rotated schedule, meaning that some weekends will be required, as well as some travel due to business needs.
