A Photo Artist is responsible for the successful capture, production, and overall guest experience of
Photography on Celebrity Cruises. Photo Artists will capture ad hoc or private moments with guests
onboard or ashore and have them produced and available for sale onboard. The Photo Artist is also
responsible for selling additional photo productions and photo retail. The Photo Artist is a highly
skilled photographer who captures amazing memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets for Wi-Fi, Photography, Retail, and
other Special Projects assigned to the position.
• Photograph events onboard and ashore as required. Photo events may be ad hoc, hosted in
public or private events hosted by guests.
• Maximize quality and quantity of images to meet established performance goals.
• Proactively strive to enhance photography and sales skills to achieve performance targets.
• Engage guests with lively energy and enthusiasm.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Use a range of photographic equipment, including digital SLR cameras, portrait studio equipment,
computers, and image editing software.
• Assist with set up, breakdown and storage of the equipment.
• Assist with set up and breakdown of retail displays, marketing materials, and photographs.
• Capture images for marketing purposes, from on board and shore side, for both guest and crew
facing collateral.
• Keep Department areas clean and organized as per company operating procedures.
• Proactively promote photo, retail and Wi-Fi services and products when interacting with guests.
• Learn, research, and understand the products sold onboard to be able to effectively explain and
meet the needs of our guests and drive sales performance.
• Enjoy working with the public in a busy, active, and sometimes noisy environment.
• Compliance to company uniform, grooming and conduct standards.
• Protect all company inventory and equipment.
• Be available for other reasonable duties that your shipboard Store Manager assigns.
Shore Excursions & Destination Experiences Support
• Scheduled time in the Shore Excursions area to support the guest experience
• Dispatch duties to assist with the tour debark process
• Assigned duties as a Tour Escort to assist guests and audit the tours offered by the cruise line

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Dutch, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Greek
