Your Purpose

As Data Analyst you will contribute to develop data-driven decision-making to support business growth and operational efficiency. In this role you’ll be working to the designand the implemention of reporting tools, the implementation of reporting procedures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.

This role isbased in Malta, no duty on-board is required.

Your Impact

Development and maintenance of data models reporting systems and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Collection, cleansing,processing, and interpretation data to help organizations make informed business decisions by identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Manage analytics projectssetting clear objectives timelines and deliverables to meet business goals and support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments including marketing financeand operations to identify data needs and deliver insights that contribute to performance optimisation.

Your Journey so far

You hold a Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance or a related field. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related field ideallywithin a fast-paced business environment. You have thrived in dynamic cross-functional settings effectively managing data-driven projects that support diverse organisationalneeds.

Your Essentials

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL Python or other relevant analytics platforms. Proven ability to interpret data and deliver insights thatalign with business objectives and support performance improvement. Excellent communication skills particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersand senior leaders. Fluency in English is mandatory any other language is a plus. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ability to workeffectively with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, HR and finance to meet data and analytics needs.
