Your Purpose

The Asset Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, maintenance, and strategic planning of the organization's physical and operational assets (Cruise Terminals & Destinations). This role combines day-to-day operational oversight with long-term asset management strategies to ensure planning, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and value conservation.

Your Impact

Operations Management
•Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
•Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational performance.
Asset Management
•Develop and maintain an asset management plan, including lifecycle analysis, maintenance scheduling, and capital planning.
•Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all physical assets using appropriate software or systems.
•Conduct regular asset audits and condition assessments to inform repair, replace, or retire decisions.
•Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic procurement and asset utilization.
•Work with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis related to asset investments.
•Enforce and supervise safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain workplace safety.
•Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, generating reports and recommending improvements.
•Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with departments such as Finance, Business Development, Construction dpt.
•Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and readiness for external assessments.
•Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and coordinate response efforts.

Team Leadership & Development
•Supervise and mentor staff of the local asset management teams.
•Promote a culture of continuous improvement, training, and professional development 

Your Journey so far

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related role within port development, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in asset management software and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Essentials

  • Professional certifications in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, CAMA) or Project Management (PMP).
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives within asset management.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green asset management practices.
  • EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
