Your Purpose

As an Employee Engagement Intern, you will play a vital role in the Employee Engagement Team in supporting MSC Cruises' Employee Engagement strategy and Internal Communications initiatives. You will work with the team to create impactful communications and engagement opportunities across the organisation. This role is based in (Geneva).

Your Impact

•Support day-to-day internal engagement initiatives and campaigns, effectively communicating MSC Cruises' culture, values, and objectives to employees onshore and offshore.
•Create and deliver engaging content for internal communications channels, aligning with the Employee Engagement strategy and the company’s global and local goals.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute relevant and impactful Employee Engagement and Internal Communications projects.
•Promote internal communications best practices globally, working with both onboard and ashore colleagues to strengthen engagement.
•Contribute to improving the company’s intranet as a high-performing tool for both employee engagement and as a resource to enhance job performance.
•Support in organising events for employees.

Your Journey so far

•Studying a degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
•You have 3 to 5 years of experience in public relations, internal communications, or a similar field.
•You have experience supporting communication projects and contributing to the success of employee engagement initiatives.

Your Essentials

•Proficiency in content creation and communication platforms, including intranet and newsletter systems.
•Proven ability to create engaging content that supports business objectives and enhances the company’s internal communications.
•Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying information to diverse audiences across the organisation.
•Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
•You have thrived in dynamic environments, working effectively within cross-functional teams.
•EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
