Your Purpose

The Corporate Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing the company’s financing activities, ensuring effective monitoring of existing loans, supporting the structuring and implementation of new financing arrangements, and providing accurate financial reporting. The role also involves leading finance-related projects and working closely with internal stakeholders, external lenders, and advisors to optimise the company’s capital structure and funding strategies.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

Loan and Derivative Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all loan facilities, derivatives, covenants, and repayment schedules.
• Control, validate, and reconcile all notices received from lenders (e.g., drawdown, rollover, repayment, interest, and fee notices), ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
• Ensure timely reporting of loan and derivative information on a monthly basis, including balances, interest, and compliance with covenants.
• Prepare variance analyses and provide insights into financing costs and risks.


Financing Activities
• Participate in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new financing arrangements (loans, credit facilities, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of financing proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and legal advisors during financing transactions.
 Financial Planning & Analysis
• Support treasury and corporate planning functions by providing accurate financing forecasts and analysis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor hedging strategies to manage interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, ensuring effective risk mitigation.
• Provide regular assessments of market conditions and recommend adjustments to hedging activities to align with the company’s risk appetite.
 Finance Project Management
• Lead or support finance-related projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and financial modeling initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide financial expertise and guidance on strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
 Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and controls for all financing activities.
• Assist in audits and reviews related to financing matters.

Your Journey so far

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACA, etc.).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, and/or accounting. Experience in audit is a plus.
• Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Your Essentials

• Strong knowledge of loan agreements, financial instruments, and capital markets.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to interact effectively with lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
