You’ll be part of a passionate, multicultural team working at the heart of our newbuild program, where imagination meets precision. This is a hands-on role that bridges creativity and operations, ensuring every idea is delivered flawlessly. Your main partners will include Hotel Operations, F&B, Entertainment, Newbuild, Communications, Sales, and Marketing, along with architects, designers, and creative consultants.

Your Impact

• Lead the development and delivery of new entertainment concepts, experiences, and spaces across our fleet.
• Act as the key link between creative partners, operations, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment and buy-in at every stage.
• Partner with Hotel Operations and Entertainment to design onboard programming and showcase run-of-show events that reflect the original concept and exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with Newbuild teams and architects/designers to capture the desired experience in spaces, layouts, and operational design.
• Work closely with Marketing, Communications, PR, and Creative Agencies to shape brand narratives, visual identities, and guest-facing communications.
• Align with Sales and Marketing to position new products effectively, ensuring clear differentiators and marketability.
• Translate consumer insights and strategic vision into compelling experiences that are both operationally feasible and commercially impactful.
• Craft stories, names, and visual identities that connect emotionally with guests and strengthen our brand.
• Drive projects with precision-defining roadmaps, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver flawless launches.
• Provide leadership with regular updates and clear communication, keeping milestones and deliverables on track.
• Ensure every experience is designed with the guest at its core-memorable, seamless, and strategically aligned.

Your Journey so far

• 5–8 years in product development, project management, or experience design—preferably within entertainment, hospitality, cruises, or theme parks.
• Strong background in designing and executing guest-focused experiences, from concept to delivery. 
• A balance of creativity and operational know-how, able to dream big and deliver practically.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional teams (operations, creative, marketing, sales, revenue, communications), with the ability to unite diverse perspectives around a single vision.

Your Essentials

• Excellent knowledge of modern visual communication tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, AI-driven creative platforms) to produce compelling visual documents and storytelling assets beyond traditional slide decks.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; able to inspire, influence, and connect across diverse teams.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence at the executive level.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus

• EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
