Your Purpose

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. 

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Revenue Analyst to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys, in this role, you will support the Revenue Management and Pricing team with their daily tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset who is comfortable working with statistics. The position is based at our headquarters in Geneva.

Your Impact

1. Support revenue optimization activities by monitoring booking curves, pricing performance, and demand trends.
2. Assist in preparing and updating launch, promotional, and dynamic pricing recommendations.
3. Work with the Inventory Team to track allocation, monitor availability, and support optimization decisions.
4. Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights for management and stakeholders.
5. Assist in the preparation of quotations for group and incentive business in alignment with revenue guidelines.
6. Review and process special requests and exceptions under the guidance of Revenue Integrity processes.
7. Participate in weekly Business Review Meetings, providing data and insights to support decision-making
8. Conduct ad hoc analyses and benchmarking exercises to support strategic and tactical business decisions.

Your Journey so far

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Revenue Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical or commercial role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or cruise industries.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of revenue management concepts (inventory control, pricing levers, booking dynamics) preferred.

Your Essentials

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex data clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in oral and written English is a must, any other language is a plus.
