Job Purpose

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming large volumes of customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive CRM strategy, enhance customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze customer and campaign data to identify behavioral patterns and business opportunities

• Extract, validate, and manage complex datasets using advanced SQL queries.

• Design, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports with Power BI

• Develop and refine customer segmentation models for targeted marketing and personalization.

• Evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and high-quality standards.

• Lead or contribute to predictive and prescriptive analytics projects (e.g., retention, churn prevention).

• Maintain documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Insights

• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken

• Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Power BI (mandatory)

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn

• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, business-oriented way

• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior colleagues

• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative attitude
