Your Purpose

As part of the Corporate HR Team, the HR Intern will support MSC Cruises employees by delivering high-quality administrative services. The intern will contribute to HR projects, assist in process improvements, and help maintain the accuracy and reliability of HR operations.

Your Impact

• Be the HR engine behind the scenes: ensure contracts, work permits, and employee records are handled with precision and care.
• Keep the pulse on people: monitor attendance and provide clear, insightful reports that help the team make informed decisions.
• Create memorable first impressions: support onboarding and induction sessions so every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success.
• Drive smarter ways of working: take part in HR improvement projects, bringing fresh ideas to simplify processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner across the team: collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver smooth, reliable service to employees and managers alike.

Your Journey so far

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Must have the right to work in Switzerland
• A valid school agreement is required for the internship
