Your Impact

As a Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and professional dining experience that reflects the high standards of our cruise line. You will ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service, anticipating needs, and addressing requests with efficiency and care. By collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams, you will help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality food and beverages. Your Journey So Far

Previous experience as a Waiter in a cruise ship, high-end restaurant, or hospitality establishment with international standards. 

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu offerings, allergens, and pairing recommendations. 

Ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to handling guest requests and resolving concerns. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and a welcoming environment for guests. 

Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural team and adapting to high guest volumes with efficiency and grace. 

Your Essentials

Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage. 

Relevant hospitality qualifications or food service certifications preferred. 

Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. 

Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, including HACCP procedures. 

Willingness to commit to a contract at sea, working flexible hours and embracing the unique lifestyle of cruise ship hospitality.
