Your Purpose

As a Bar Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless bar operations while creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. You will support the bar team by maintaining clean and well-organized bar areas, assisting with inventory transportation, and upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach help enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring every drink is served in a clean and welcoming environment.

Your Journey So Far

You have a proven background in the bar industry, with experience in: 

You have gained proven practical experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role. 

You have developed a strong understanding of bar cleanliness, stock handling, and food safety procedures. 

Your hands-on expertise allows you to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards. 

You are fluent in English (oral and written) and at least one other European language, enabling effective communication with both guests and colleagues. 

Your commitment to teamwork and service excellence makes you an asset to our onboard hospitality experience. 

Your Essentials

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: 

Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role, preferably in high-volume hospitality or onboard a cruise ship 

 Fluent English (oral and written) and at least one other European language 

 Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards for bar and beverage service 

 Ability to clean and sanitize all front and back bar areas in compliance with company and industry regulations 

 Capacity to assist the Bar Manager with transporting bar items between storerooms and bars 

 A proactive, organized, and service-oriented approach to supporting bar operations
