Your Purpose

To contribute to the efficiency and smooth operation of business activities by supporting workforce planning and monitoring routines (Workforce Management). The intern will be responsible for tracking operational indicators, assisting in schedule organization, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data and processes that sustain team performance, while developing an analytical and strategic understanding of operations.

Your Impact

• Real-time monitoring of operation status;
• Daily updates of activities performed within the Peopleware platform;
• Support in managing Inbound and Outbound schedules (creation of new schedules, adjustments, and user setup);
• Completion of tracking spreadsheets (team performance and occurrences);

Your Journey so far

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Technology, Process Management, or related fields
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Basic PowerPoint skills
• Basic Word skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
• Basic/Intermediate English
