Your Purpose
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at MSC Cruises. This professional will be responsible for both strategic and operational activities in financial control, with a particular focus on international reporting, budget management, cash flow oversight, and accounts payable and receivable operations.
Your Impact
Prepare and consolidate financial reports for the international headquarters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Support budget planning and control processes, including quarterly reviews—monitoring variances, analyzing discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, developing realistic forecasts and implementing optimization strategies.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal controls, and company policies.
Assist with monthly accounting and tax closings in coordination with the Accounting department.
Contribute to internal and external audits, providing required financial information and supporting documentation.
Drive process improvements and enhancements to financial tools and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local and international regulatory requirements.
Support tax reconciliation and preparation of national tax filings in collaboration with the Tax team.
Your Journey so far
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar position;
Experience in international financial reporting (knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or similar standards will be considered an asset);
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;
Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial routines;
Proficiency with SAP (previous experience is essential);
Advanced Excel skills;
Advanced or fluent English, required for preparing and communicating international reports;
