Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest and most rapidly growing cruise line brand is expanding its Accounting & Finance team in the USA.  Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will predominantly support Accounts Payable and Revenue tasks. 

This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days / week in the office and offering excellent benefits. 

Your Impact

• Concur (T&E processing)
• Posting of invoices
• W-9 administration
• Back up and assist on payment processing
• Respond to emails from vendors and/or internal departments
• Research any invoice disputes and organize any support on central file
• 12 month expense rolling schedule
• Creation and distribution of various daily and weekly reports
• Processing of old overpayments based on balance due report (approving manual refunds)
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Your Journey so far

• Fluent English (oral and written skills)
• Associates Degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Accounting, Finance or Business (preferred)
• Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Match, Pivot Tables, etc)
• Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure
• Self-starter with a high energy attitude and great sense of urgency
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Able to work in office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days / week
