Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise line, is growing its Talent Acquisition team in the U.S. The Talent Acquisition Specialist, High Volume will lead full-cycle recruiting for outbound / telesales and contact center teams to support our continued expansion in these key departments. 

This role seeks someone who has a background in building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. It’s a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and consistently delivers results.

This is a hybrid role based in Miami, requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Your Impact

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and customer-facing roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey
• Successfully meet hiring targets for recurring class-based recruitment cycles, efficiently coordinating multiple interviews and offers each day during peak hiring periods.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
• Source proactively using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and creative outreach strategies to build and maintain a strong, qualified talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet high-volume hiring goals
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and align on selection criteria

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs using Microsoft Excel to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date in the ATS, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.

Your Journey so far

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years in high-volume or contact center recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, and contact center roles in recurring class-based hiring cycles with high-volume targets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a proven background in tracking KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms (Workday or similar systems).
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to providing an excellent candidate experience.
