Your Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and creative person to join our Training and Quality Department as an eLearning Content Creation Intern. This role will primarily involve assisting in the development of engaging and interactive eLearning materials (mostly video and Scorm content) to support our training programs. In this role you will be working directly with the Corporate Training & Quality Manager in new and innovative e-learning projects for the company, as well as get first hands-on experience in utilising training (content) as a means to support people development and quality improvement throughout the organisation globally via our LMS.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with the Training team to understand learning objectives and content requirements.

• Assist in the design and development of eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

• Utilise video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance multimedia elements within eLearning content.

• Source and edit multimedia assets (videos, images, audio) for incorporation into eLearning modules and training documentation (user guidelines).

• Support the maintenance of content in the Learning Managing System.

Your Journey so far

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.

• Prior experience or coursework in instructional design, eLearning development, or multimedia production is preferred but not required.

Your Essentials

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Languages

• High level of english. Other languages a plus, but not required.
