Your Purpose
The primary purpose of the Assistant Marketing Manager is to support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth. The role provides strategic support by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, while also contributing to market research and competitor analysis. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, managing timelines, briefs, and approvals to ensure efficient rollout, and tracking performance to prepare reports for leadership. The position further involves close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure brand consistency across all channels, as well as supporting budget monitoring, reconciliation, and the management of smaller tactical campaigns. In addition, the Assistant Marketing Manager oversees day-to-day operations including creative briefing, approval processes, campaign calendars, reporting, and asset library management, while also assisting with events, activations, and sponsorship execution to enhance the brand’s market presence.
Your Impact
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic and Planning Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to market research initiatives, consumer insights gathering, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and support the Marketing Manager in setting measurable goals.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for senior leadership and stakeholders.
2. Campaign and Channel Management
• Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Manage campaign workflows including timelines, briefs, creative approvals, and rollout schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Monitor live campaigns, adjust where necessary, and ensure deliverables meet expected quality and brand standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
3. Stakeholder and Agency Coordination
• Act as a liaison between the Marketing Manager, internal teams (sales/trade, CRM, other internal departments), and external partners (creative agencies, influencers, sponsorship partners etc).
• Support collaboration with both local and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive integrated execution.
4. Budget and Financial Responsibilities
• Assist with budget monitoring, monthly reconciliation, and reporting.
• Manage smaller campaign budgets or tactical initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all activities are delivered cost-effectively and within approved budgets.
5. Operational and Administrative Support
• Handle day-to-day marketing operations including briefing creative teams, coordinating approvals, and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Manage reporting processes, campaign trackers, and asset library documentation.
• Support the Marketing Manager with the preparation of monthly performance dashboards and management updates.
6. Event, Activation, and Sponsorship Responsibilities
• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of brand events, consumer activations, and sponsorships.
• Ensure all activations are delivered according to brand standards and deliver measurable value.
• Work closely with the Brand Marketing Assistant to coordinate on-ground support, collateral, and follow-up.
7. Brand and Communication Responsibilities
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
• Review creative outputs for alignment with brand guidelines before final approvals.
• Contribute to developing clear and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
8. Team and Development Support
• Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members where required.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the marketing team.
• Continuously seek opportunities to grow professional knowledge of industry trends, channels, and tools.

Job Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role.
• Proven track record of supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Experience in coordinating creative, media, and production agencies.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic platforms, DOOH).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign automation.
• Understanding of SEO, social media, and performance marketing metrics.
• Experience managing timelines, briefs, budgets, and approvals to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget.
• Exposure to campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting market research, consumer insights gathering, and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns or strategy.
• Exposure to planning and executing events, activations, or sponsorships.
• Experience coordinating logistics, suppliers, and on-site execution preferred.
• Experience working with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with both local and global teams.
• Experience monitoring budgets, reconciling spend, and managing smaller tactical campaign budgets under guidance.
• Exposure to financial reporting or assisting with budget presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experiences
