Your Purpose
The Manager ensures that all commercial processes, communication flows, and operational procedures are clearly defined, consistently implemented and correctly executed across the organization.
The role acts as the central enabler that connects Sales, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, IT and Product, ensuring that information moves accurately, procedures are respected and commercial actions are deployed in a structured and coherent manner.
Working together with the Commercial Services Team, the position guarantees clarity, alignment, and consistency across all commercial processes, supporting market sales teams, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth and reliable internal operations.
Your Impact
- Map, document and continuously develop commercial processes by creating clear and standardized guidelines, operating procedures and process flows that ensure transparency and cross team alignment;
- Serve as the primary point of reference for verifying that commercial procedures are correctly and consistently applied across all sales channels in all markets;
- Plan and coordinate the retro-planning for commercial initiatives, ensuring that all involved functions are aligned, that information is complete and accurate, and that sales teams receive timely and appropriate training;
- Ensure that new commercial initiatives are correctly and fully implemented across all channels, supervising activation accuracy and proactively identifying any technical issues or configuration gaps;
- Identify misalignments, operational gaps, or communication frictions. Escalate issues when needed and coordinate timely and effective corrective actions;
- Monitor the entire end to end commercial process to ensure that responsibilities, dependencies, handovers, and ownership are well defined, fully understood and consistently respected;
- Maintain high standards of information accuracy and contribute to improvements in customer experience by ensuring consistency and reliability across all commercial touchpoints;
- Facilitate collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to ensure that system workflows, commercial rules and process design are aligned with commercial objectives and operational needs;
- Support the creation of training materials and onboarding documentation to ensure correct understanding and adoption of commercial processes across global teams.
Your Journey so far
- 10 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position, in commercial operations / sales operations / revenue support / commercial coordination, working in cross-functional, process-driven environments.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business Management, Economics, or any other similar field.

- Strong exposure to structured organizations, and comfortable with designing processes, systems and governance.
- This successful candidate will be process-driven, detail-oriented, structurally minded and very reliable.
- Strong relevant experience in documentation, follow-up, tracking actions and ensuring consistency.
