Job Purpose

Support office supply management by ensuring timely orders, accurate documentation, contract compliance, invoice verification, and coordination of company resources aimed at smoothing office operations.

Key Accountabilities

•    Prepare and maintain accurate documents and reports related to office supply procurement.
•    Manage and monitor contract deadlines to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
•    Create and process purchase orders using procurement platforms.
•    Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy with proper authorization.
•    Handle and coordinate requests of company vehicles.

Qualifications, experiences and skills

•    Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or office administration is preferred.
•    Experience in managing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier relations is considered a plus.
•    Familiarity with using procurement platforms or ERP systems.
•    Basic knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and office supply management.
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
•    Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and invoice verification.
•    Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
•    Valid driving license (Category B) for company vehicle use.
