Your Purpose

We are looking for a Global Performance Controller to lead the analysis and performance monitoring of CTL’s Cruise Ports & Destinations Assets, which encompasses a network of operational entities across multiple geographies.
This role ensures financial consistency, transparency, and strategic insight across all terminals, ports, and destination businesses, supporting senior management in steering performance and investment decisions within a growing and complex portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings together strong financial acumen, analytical depth, and the ability to coordinate across a diverse set of entities and stakeholders at both corporate and local levels.

Your Impact

Financial Performance Analysis

•    Lead the consolidation of full P&L across all ports, terminals, and destination entities within the division.
•    Ensure alignment of accounting and reporting standards across local finance teams and corporate guidelines.
•    Analyze profitability and operational performance drivers at entity, country, and regional levels.
•    Provide insightful variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year, highlighting risks and opportunities.
•    Support the evaluation of new port or destination investments with business case modeling and ROI analysis.

Forecasting, Planning & Scenario Modelling

•    Coordinate forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across entities.
•    Develop and model “what-if” scenarios to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions such as new terminal openings, tariff adjustments, or volume changes.

Reporting & Coordination

•    Drive the global performance reporting process, consolidating financial and operational KPIs across the division.
•    Maintain and enhance dashboards and management reports to monitor key indicators such as passenger throughput, EBITDA per port, and cost efficiency.
•    Support continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.

Your Journey so far

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
•    5–8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial consolidation, ideally within infrastructure, transport, or hospitality industries.
•    Strong knowledge of P&L structures, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, and multi-entity consolidation.
•    Proficiency in Excel and ERP/reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•    Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of managing interactions across multiple countries and functions.
•    Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments.

Your Essentials

  • Solid understanding of performance management in multi-entity or international business environments.
  • Ability to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance dashboards to track operational and financial KPIs.
  • High level of attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with finance teams, operational leaders, and corporate functions across different regions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving international environment.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset.
