Corporate Development Manager - Investments & M&a

Your Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong Corporate Development Manager to join our Corporate Development team, with a primary focus on investment evaluation and M&A deal execution.
The role will be actively involved across the entire investment lifecycle, from opportunity screening and financial analysis to transaction execution and closing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, external advisors, and management, contributing to the Group’s growth strategy through acquisitions and strategic investments.
While the role is primarily investment-focused, the candidate may also support post-merger integration and portfolio company initiatives on an ad hoc basis, gaining exposure to the full value creation cycle of M&A transactions.

Your Impact

Investments & M&A Execution

• Support the identification, screening, and preliminary assessment of potential investment and acquisition opportunities
• Perform financial analysis, development of business cases, and valuation work (DCF, multiples, etc.)
• Build and maintain financial models and investment analyses
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for top management to facilitate internal decision-making
• Support due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors (financial, legal, tax, commercial)
• Assist in transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution through to closing

Market & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to support investment theses
• Analyze target company business models, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities

Post-Merger Integration & Portfolio Support

• Provide support to post-merger integration activities for selected acquisitions
• Assist in monitoring financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
• Contribute to ad hoc projects related to integration, performance tracking, or value creation initiatives

Your Journey so far

• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or strategy consulting
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modelling and valuation
• Solid understanding of M&A processes and investment analysis
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn across different industries and business models

Your Essentials

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on deal and portfolio needs
