Corporate Development Senior Manager - Post-Merger Integration & Portfolio Management

Your Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Corporate Development Senior Manager to join our Corporate Development team. The role will focus on the post-merger integration (PMI) and ongoing support of portfolio companies acquired through the team’s M&A activity. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth transition and alignment of acquired businesses with Group’s objectives, while maintaining visibility over their performance and facilitating synergies with the Holding and other business units.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, ideal for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate autonomously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In periods of lower integration activity, the candidate will also support investment and transaction execution processes, contributing to the broader M&A pipeline.

Your Impact

Post-Merger Integration & Portfolio Management

• Coordinate post-merger integration activities for newly acquired companies.
• Develop and implement integration plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and portfolio company leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Holding and portfolio companies post-acquisition.
• Monitor operational and financial performance of portfolio companies and proactively identify value creation opportunities.
• Promote synergies and collaboration between portfolio companies and Holding / other Group’s companies.
• Prepare regular reporting and updates for senior management regarding integration progress and portfolio company status.

Strategic and Operational Support

• Provide strategic and analytical support to portfolio companies, including ad hoc projects related to business development, operational improvement, or strategic planning.
• Assist in identifying and tracking KPIs to evaluate the health and performance of portfolio businesses.

M&A Support (as needed)

• Assist in M&A deal execution including market research, preliminary assessments, valuations, financial modelling, and preparation of investment memos and presentations.
• Support due diligence processes and contribute to deal structuring and negotiations when required.

Your Journey so far

• At least 9 years of professional experience, ideally in corporate development, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical/transactional role
• Proven experience in project management and working across multiple stakeholders in a structured, goal-oriented way
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (i.e. C-level executives, board members) with professionalism and confidence
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; familiarity with valuation techniques and financial statement analysis
• High degree of business acumen and curiosity; ability to understand different business models and industry dynamics quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
