Tax Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Tax Analyst to join our Finance and Tax Team in Geneva. In this role, you will take ownership of key tax compliance and reporting activities while contributing your expertise to support the company’s broader tax strategy.

Your Impact

In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining the company’s tax compliance and supporting the finance team with practical, well-considered tax insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and supporting Swiss VAT filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Assisting with corporate income tax returns and related filings in accordance with Swiss tax regulations.
• Monitoring changes in Swiss and international tax legislation and evaluating potential impacts on the business.
• Supporting transfer pricing documentation and reviewing intercompany transactions.
• Coordinating with external tax advisors and local tax authorities when needed.
• Assisting during tax audits and responding to authority inquiries.
• Supporting quarterly and annual tax provisions under IFRS or Swiss GAAP.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline tax reporting.
• Contributing to special tax projects, including business restructuring or M&A initiatives when relevant.

Your Journey so far

We are looking for someone who combines solid technical knowledge with a practical, proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in tax, ideally within a multinational company or a professional services firm.
• Good understanding of Swiss corporate tax and/or VAT regulations.
• Exposure to international tax principles or transfer pricing is beneficial.
• Progress toward a professional tax qualification (e.g., Swiss Certified Tax Expert) is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is helpful.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
