As a member of the Hospitality Team, the Fleet Hospitality Director is a subject matter expert in the field of Hospitality and Organizational Development. Possesses a holistic knowledge of superior guest service standards that are necessary for service excellence. The Fleet Hospitality Director will be focused on the standards that drive the overall guest experience, supporting shipboard leadership to utilize coaching & recognition programs, whilst also focusing on overall suite experience & problem resolution. Responsible for driving service levels year-round to ensure the Celebrity Way philosophies and Forbes Travel Guide standards are at thecore of all we do onboard. This role will collaborate with all the onboard leadership teams to continuously improve brand and service standards with forward-thinking training & development practices. The Fleet Hospitality Director will support all departmental standards and serve as the point person and expert in all Hospitality projects.
