Your Purpose

This role leads the Trade (B2B) Sales team while also co-owning the direct-to-consumer (B2C) strategy, including full operational and commercial accountability for performance and KPI delivery.
The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, financial discipline, commercial acumen and inspirational leadership to deliver exceptional sales outcomes while embedding a high-performance culture aligned to a world-class luxury brand
Your Impact
- Develop and execute the global commercial sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels.
- Drive revenue growth, yield optimisation, and margin enhancement across all source markets.
- Align sales strategy with overall brand positioning and luxury guest experience.
- Identify new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and partnership growth strategies.
- Lead and inspire the Trade Sales team to exceed revenue, yield, and acquisition targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key travel consortia, luxury agencies, and distribution partners.
- Lead high-level negotiations and contracting with trade partners and consortium agreements. Ensure commercial terms reflect luxury brand value while driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Ensure structured account management, pipeline development, and performance tracking.
- Full ownership of sales budgets, forecasting processes, and revenue planning cycles.
- Deliver accurate rolling forecasts and long-range planning aligned to company targets.
- Monitor commercial performance, identify risks/opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
- Build and embed a high-performance culture with clear accountability and measurable KPIs.
- Elevate team engagement, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
- Create an environment where top talent is attracted, retained, and motivated to excel.
- Champion a culture of excellence, ambition, and desirability reflective of an ultra-luxury brand.
- Oversee performance of onshore and offshore call centre operations, ensuring consistent KPI delivery including conversion, revenue per call, and guest satisfaction.
Your Journey so far
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury travel or luxury hospitality industry, with a strong experience in both luxury B2B & B2C sales.
Your Essentials
- Strong analytical skills & proficiency in power BI (or similar).
- Excellent sales network or well-known contact base and good knowledge of partners/major customers in the travel industry in AU & NZ.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are a must.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Week night/evening calls with Switzerland head office required
