Your Purpose

MSC Cruises USA is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Sponsorships to lead key existing partnerships and evaluate new opportunities that drive brand awareness, consideration, and revenue-focused KPIs such as leads and bookings. This strategic, data-driven leader will own end-to-end partnership execution, ensuring programs are effectively evaluated, delivered, and optimized to meet business goals. In parallel, the role will serve as a key support to the EVP, Marketing, eCommerce & Sales, helping to drive alignment across the commercial organization by coordinating planning cycles, managing key timelines and deliverables, preparing updates and materials for executive reviews, and ensuring visibility into priorities, budgets, and progress against critical initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings experience activating high-profile sponsorships, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, and delivering integrated, customer-centric campaigns, while demonstrating strong organizational discipline, discretion, initiative, and the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position requires 4 days / week in office 

Your Impact

Strategize, develop, and execute MSC Cruises’ partnership plan in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets across digital, print, in-stadium, and streaming channels.
Manage day-to-day relationships with key partner contacts, driving alignment, collaboration, and mutual goal-setting while ensuring full utilization of assets and funds each season.
Identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities; deliver evaluations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Plan and manage the annual partnership budget, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and efficient allocation of resources.
Oversee creative asset development and delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand compliance across all channels.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Legal, Analytics, and other teams to align on messaging, production, and execution.
Refine partnership measurement frameworks and analyze performance metrics to evaluate impact against brand goals and objectives.
Develop and present annual performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Demonstrates strong executive presence, with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Maintain MSC Cruises’ relevance and authenticity within local and national sports communities by identifying trends and advising internal teams on best-in-class activations, advertising, and sweepstakes.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for social media giveaways, activations, and sweepstakes in collaboration with Legal and third-party vendors as needed.
Manage season-long ticket and suite allocations across internal teams, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines while supporting marketing objectives.
Coordinate U.S.-based activations for global partnerships, including Formula One.
Support the annual commercial budget planning process by organizing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and providing regular status updates.
Develop and maintain the annual commercial calendar, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
Support high-visibility executive initiatives as needed through ad hoc project management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. 

Your Journey so far

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management or related field, advanced degree preferred. 
6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or sports marketing ideally within travel, hospitality, entertainment or related industries. 
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated partnership strategies across digital, experiential, media and live event channels. 
Strong track record of managing and growing high-value partner relationships, driving alignment, collaboration, and measurable commercial outcomes. 
Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience identifying, evaluating, and presenting new partnership opportunities to senior leadership. 
Experience managing significant budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with broader marketing objectives. 
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative, Legal, Analytics and external partners to deliver complex, multi-channel campaigns. 
Strong analytical capabilities, including experience developing measurement frameworks and translating performance data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting. 
Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to sponsorships, promotions, and sweepstakes, with strong attention to detail. 
Exceptional project management and executive communication skills, with the ability to support high-visibility initiatives, manage competing priorities, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
