Your Purpose
The Campaign Strategy Manager is responsible for designing, monitoring, and optimizing commercial promotion to increase onboard services revenues, including excursions, SPA treatments, beverage, specialty dining, and retail experiences.
While execution is handled by the company's CRM department, this role ensures strategic alignment with commercial objectives, effective targeting, and seamless content management across all markets and channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in campaign strategy and promotional planning driving revenues and cross-functional collaboration within the travel or hospitality industry.
Your Impact
- Campaign Development: Develop and oversee the framework for multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing revenue generation of onboard services, with a special focus on defining which products to promote within each campaign.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: tailor OBR campaigns to different customer segments by defining the right products to offer to each audience, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration with CRM Department: Work closely with the CRM team to ensure accurate execution of OBR campaigns, providing guidelines on targeting, segmentation, and messaging.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyse promotional campaign effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Content Management: Ensure consistency and accuracy of campaign content across all platforms, including pre-cruise communications, onboard channels, digital applications, and social media.
- Market-Specific Customization: Adapt and monitor promotional campaign execution across different markets, ensuring relevance and compliance with local requirements.
- Guest Insights & Personalization: Leverage data and guest behaviour analytics to refine campaign strategies and enhance personalization efforts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with digital sales, revenue management, and guest experience teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Your Journey so far
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in campaign management, guest engagement, or digital marketing linked to revenue generation preferably within the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and personalization strategies.
Your Essentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland
- You are available from June 2026 for 8-9 months, this is a temporary role, covering materninty absence.
