Your Purpose

The Asset Management Specialist supports the cruise newbuilding projects and the ships in operations by collecting, validating, and entering technical and asset-related data into company systems. Thanks to a basic nautical background, the role ensures accuracy and consistency of ship-related information during the various phases of the operations of the vessels. In addition to that, the role will assist both office and ship personnel in daily operations and request for supporting.

Your Impact

•    Collect and organise technical and operational data.
•    Perform data entry activities into asset management and technical databases.
•    Support bulk data uploads using predefined templates.
•    Verify data consistency, completeness, and alignment with technical documentation (drawings, manuals, equipment lists, maintenance schedules)
•    Interface with internal stakeholders (Technical Office, Newbuilding Team, Asset Management, Ship personnel) and external vendors
•    Assist in maintaining standardized data structures for future projects.

Your Journey so far

•    Diploma from Istituto Nautico or equivalent maritime/technical education
•    Basic knowledge of ship systems and onboard equipment (e.g. machinery, electrical systems, hotel services is a plus)
•    Good understanding of maritime terminology
•    High attention to detail and data accuracy
•    Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
•    Ability to work with structured data and templates.
•    Organisational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
•    Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
•    Familiarity with asset management or maintenance systems
•    Previous experience in data entry or technical documentation
•    Basic understanding of cruise ship construction processes
